Notes:
Well-travelled player capable of playing in the halves or at hooker. Impressive 2008 season with the Auckland Vulcans in the New South Wales Cup earned him a trial contract with the Vodafone Warriors in the 2008-09 off-season. Upgraded to full contract before NRL season started. Used in NRL trials with success. Started 2009 season with the Vulcans but travelled as 18th man for the Vodafone Warriors' second-round clash against Manly at start of NRL campaign and used as 18th man again for trip to Canberra in Round 11. The following week he was promoted to the starting line-up to make his NRL debut against Wests Tigers, so becoming Vodafone Warrior No 153. Became club's first-choice hooker at the start of the 2010 season, excelling in the role and earning selection in the Kiwis for the Anzac Test in Melbourne (he made his debut from the bench, becoming Kiwi No 760). Educated at Tangaroa College (Auckland).
