Confirmed Lineup: Roache onto interchange

Paul Roache has come onto the bench to provide cover at hooker and in the halves for the One New Zealand Warriors’ seventh-round NRL match against St George Illawarra at WIN Stadium in Wollongong tonight (6.00pm kick-off local time; 8.00pm NZT).

In line to play just his second NRL game, Roache replaces Chanel Harris-Tavita who was ruled out last night.

Centre Ali Leiataua drops out of the squad with prop Zyon Maiu’u confirmed as 18th man.

Along with Harris-Tavita, the other two players omitted from the extended squad 24 hours out from kick-off were fullback Taine Tuaupiki and winger Edward Kosi.

The Warriors take an unchanged lineup into a clash marking a special moment for prop Mitchell Barnett, who will be making his 150th career appearance after joining the club last season following 126 games for the Newcastle Knights and two for the Canberra Raiders.
