The Vodafone Junior Warriors have moved up to third on the ladder after handing the previously unbeaten Brisbane Broncos a 40-14 defeat in today’s fourth-round NYC clash at Mount Smart Stadium.

It was their third straight victory following 44-24 and 38-10 wins over the Raiders and the Eels, taking their total of points scored to 122 in those three victories while conceding only 48.

After leading Brisbane only 16-10 at halftime, the Vodafone Warriors dominated the second spell with debutant wing Levi McBirney among the try scorers.

Standoff Ata Hingano's points harvest continued, scoring a try and kicking six goals for 16 points.
