Tuimavave close to NYC milestone

Vodafone Junior Warriors standoff Carlos Tuimavave closes in on his 50-game milestone in tonight's 19th-round NYC encounter with the Brisbane Broncos at Suncorp Stadium.

He plays his 49th game leaving him in line for his landmark outing against Newcastle at Mount Smart Stadium tomorrow week (Saturday, July 21).

The Vodafone Junior Warriors kick off against the Broncos at 7.15pm NZ time, looking to stay second just two points behind leader Penrith.

They'll take an unchanged starting line-up into the match with Toka Likiliki, a three-try hero last week, again on the wing in jersey No 15.

The only change from the squad that beat Gold Coast 38-22 is on the bench where prop Albert Vete returns in place of James Taylor.
